The MONOBLADE frame and fork assembly has been designed to beat all road records in time trials or in triathlon. This frame, the result of 4 years of research, is currently used by the professionals of Team ONCE (Laurent JALABERT, Alex ZULLE, Melchor MAURI) and Simon LESSING, 1993 world triathlon champion and undisputed favorite to become it again in 1995.
MONOBLOCK COMPOSITION
The MONOBLOCK is composed of HM carbon, kevlar and "high modulus" ceramic ahead of all materials with a rigidity and resistance 5 times greater than titanium. Kevlar is an aramid fiber renowned for resisting pulling drills and flexible absorbing all vibrations; ceramic by its very high resistance to compression completes the structures and forges the exceptional profile of the MONOBLADE.
HIGH PERFORMANCE GEOMETRY
At 50 KM / h, the rider gives 95% of his energy to beat the wind. This is the reason why LOOK has modified the geometry of the frame. In order to allow a more rear seat, therefore more powerful, the LOOK engineers have changed the angle of the seat tube: 72 ° 30 instead of 73 ° 30 on a classic frame so that it is advisable to choose a frame of 2 cm shorter than the usual size.
HEADSET
Watch with two needle sleeves, it requires no maintenance or adjustment and can be disassembled very quickly. In addition, it has an internal anti-vibration system based on Vibtène, a visco-elastic material well known for its shock and vibration absorption capacities.

AEROFIN FORK
